Beer Delivered to Your Door When Ordering Food in PA
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced that it is now legal to get beer delivered to your door when ordering food.
Restaurants, grocery stores and other outlets serving food can also deliver beer.
A business that sells malt-brewed beverages can apply for a 'transporter-for-hire' license. With this license, businesses can legally transport up to 192 ounces (just over two six-packs) of beer.
Customers ordering beer must pay by credit card over the phone rather than cash at time of delivery.
